Arthur S. Bullington, 91, passed away Wednesday morning Jan. 10, 2018. He was a lifelong Zionsville resident.
He was born Oct. 29, 1926 in Zionsville to Arthur S. Bullington, Sr. and Eva (Culley) Bullington. He married Ruth E. Alexander on June 29, 1956 in Sheridan. She preceded him in death on April 17, 1996.
Survivors include two sons, Stewart Bullington (Tammy) of Greensburg and Jeffrey Bullington (Angela) of Jamestown; two daughters, Vicki Inniger (Fred) of Kendallville, and Karen Hogan (Patrick) of Zionsville; one brother, Lewis Bullington (Susie); 15 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Meda Ellis and Anne Johnson, and two brothers, Harold and George Bullington.
Arthur was a member of the Zionsville United Methodist Church, American Legion Post #79, and the 40/8 Club.
He was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
Visitation will take place from 11 to 1 p.m. at the Zionsville United Methodist Church, 9644 Whitestown Road. Pastor Glenn Howell will officiate a funeral service at 1 p.m. at the church. Burial will follow at Eagle Creek Cemetery in Westfield.
