Jake Harris Roth, 27, of Zionsville, passed away suddenly and tragically on April 12, 2015, in Key West, Florida.. Survivors include his father, John W. Roth Jr., and his fiancé, Kelly Millikin, of Zionsville; his mother, Anne Boone, and her husband, Tony, of Lebanon; his brothers, Spenser Roth and Brock and Parker Boone; his sister, Grace Roth; grandparents, Charlene and John Roth Sr. and Marilee Frandsen and the late Kent Frandsen; uncles, Chip Roth, Kent Frandsen, and his wife, Charlotte, and Jeff Frandsen; aunt, Patricia Roth Koch, of Santa Fe, New Mexico; first cousins, Megan Ford, and her husband Brandon, Alexandra and Natalie Roth, Will and Charle Koch, Alicia and Andrew Frandsen.. A small, private memorial service for family and close friends will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 11, 2015, at Zionsville Presbyterian Church, 4775 W. 116th St., Zionsville. Friends are invited to a visitation from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Burial will be in Zionsville Cemetery.. In lieu of flowers, Jake’s family urges memorial contributions be directed to the John Whitney and Jake Roth Memorial Fund in care of the Boone County Community Foundation, 102 N. Lebanon St., Lebanon, IN 46052.
