Pamela G. Chertack, 61, of Carmel, formerly of Zionsville, passed away Wednesday Jan. 6, 2016. She was born Feb. 8, 1954, in Elmhurst, Illinois, to the now late Melvin and Orabelle Chertack.
Pam was a graduate of Kendall College in 1986 and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She most recently was a library page at the Westfield Library through Goodwill Industries. Pam was a spirited soul; she never met a stranger and was a friend to all.
She is survived by her brother Craig (Ellen) Chertack; sister Rhonda Murray; and nieces and nephews whom she adored, Kevin, Ryan, and Rebecca Murray, Nathan and Allison Chertack.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, at Zionsville United Methodist Church, 9644 Whitestown Road, Zionsville, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Warren Cemetery, Gurnee, Illinois.
